As his career progressed, Greg transitioned into the dynamic world of hotels, where he ascended through the ranks to ultimately assume the role of Licensee, managing multiple venues. Under his capable leadership, these venues flourished, establishing Greg as a prominent figure in the hospitality industry.
Taking the reins as a General Manager, Greg oversaw the operations of expansive food and beverage establishments, further solidifying his expertise in the field.
However, Greg's entrepreneurial spirit beckoned, leading him to venture into the world of catering and event management. He began assembling a diverse portfolio of hospitality businesses, each characterized by excellence and innovation.

At the helm of our culinary journey is Adham Aston, a consummate professional with a diverse and rich culinary background that spans the globe. Adham's expertise has been honed through a tapestry of international and Australian culinary experiences, including collaborations with renowned figures such as Jamie Oliver, Justin North, and Gareth Howard.
Adham's passion for the art of cooking ignited during his formative years when he eagerly joined his parents in the kitchen. These early moments were instrumental in cultivating his appreciation for quality ingredients and the art of preparing them.
His culinary odyssey began in a small café/restaurant nestled in Wahroonga on the upper north shore of Sydney. From there, Adham's journey led him to Europe, where he embarked on a transformative exploration of different European countries. Throughout this immersive experience, he delved into the intricate flavors of Italy, France, Germany, Holland, Spain, Greece, and many more.
Returning to his roots in Australia, Adham further refined his craft at the acclaimed two-hatted Becasse/Quarter 21 Restaurants, solidifying his status as a culinary virtuoso.
